A Case of Neonatal Bilateral Adrenal Hemorrhage

Abstract
adrenal gland hemorrhage in neonates is a relatively common disease. This condition varies in presentation, the most common being and abdominal mass alone or a mass with jaundice. Some infants are totally asymptomatic.
Abdominal ultrasonogram is the most valuable diagnostic tool and serial follow up examination is needed to differentiate the disease from other conditions.
We experienced a case of bilateral adrenal hemorrhage in 7 days-old boy with palpable abdominal masses at birth.
